All registrations are expected to be paid in full before the start of the session. We are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization and registration fees are critical to cover our operating costs.
REFUND POLICY – LESSONS
Withdrawals/cancellations before the first lesson will receive a full refund.
Withdrawals/cancellations between the start of the session and the end of the second week of lessons will receive a 50% refund.
Withdrawals/cancellations after the second week of lessons will not be refunded.
If your skater is injured and unable to skate, please contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to roll a portion of your registration fee over to the next skating session.
There are no refunds or prorating of fees for missed lessons. Skaters are welcome to make up any missed lessons during the same session on a different day (e.g. Thursday skaters may make up a lesson on Saturday and vice versa). Missed lessons do not “carry over” into the next session.

Withdrawals/cancellations before the registration deadline will receive a full refund.
Withdrawals/cancellations after the registration deadline through February 15 will receive a 50% refund.
Withdrawals/cancellations after February 15 will not be refunded.
